How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us at support@kratik.com with your request.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send you. Some transactional emails cannot be disabled and are a direct result of actions you take in the app (such as a password reset).

How do I stop receiving SMS messages?

You should only receive an SMS when you are logging into the app to receive a verification code. If you wish to stop receiving SMS messages, you can stop using the app and request your account be deleted.

I'm not receiving my one-time password (OTP). What should I do?

Can I change my phone number?

Currently, phone numbers cannot be changed. If you need to use a different phone number, you'll need to delete your existing account and create a new one with the new number. Contact support@kratik.com if you need assistance.

Do you offer the service outside the United States?

Currently, Kratik is only available to users in the United States with a U.S. phone number. We may expand to other countries in the future.

Is Kratik free?

Yes, Kratik is currently free to use. Standard SMS and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How do you make money?

Kratik is currently a free service supported by its creators. We do not sell your data or display advertisements. Future monetization plans, if any, will be communicated clearly to all users.
